Parental Controls and Approval Revocation
If you are a parent of a user under 13, you can manage approvals for your child's account:
- Revoke Individual Approvals: Email us from your registered parent email address with the subject "revoke" to revoke specific interaction approvals.
- Revoke All Approvals: Email us with the subject "revoke all" to revoke all active approvals at once.
- Update Your Email: If your parent email address changes and becomes undeliverable, contact us immediately at parent@popquizpro.ai to update your contact information.

Account Issues
Common account-related requests:
- Password Reset: Use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen to reset your password.
- Account Deletion: You can delete your account anytime from the in-app settings under "Account" or "Settings." Your personal information will be removed from our active databases within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements.
